Where do we deliver to ?
Almost anywhere in the world!
We use all methods of delivery from the National Post Service, International Couriers, Sea Freight and Air Freight depending on where you are, the shipping dimensions, weight and how urgently the goods are required.
 
Packaging ?
Our prices include Export Packaging.

A spare part will be packed in a protective bag or box.For general shipments, the boxed goods are normally strapped onto pallets and covered in black polythene. Our pallets meet International regulations covering the type of materials used. For larger shipments we pack in containers.

Our pricing ?
Our prices are 'FOB our UK warehouse'.
Export packaging is included.
Freight costs from our warehouse will be added to your invoice if we are arranging freight. We will normally inform you of this cost before shipment.
If you wish, you can make your own freight arrangements.
Insurance is not included as standard but can be included at an extra cost.
 
What happens when the shipment arrives in your country ?
Normally, if we have arranged the freight, then the forwarding company we use will get in touch with you when the goods arrive and arrange for clearance at the port or airport, the payment of any Import Duties and the delivery to your address.
If we are using a courier service such as UPS or DHL then they will automatically clear the shipment and pay the Import Duty on your behalf. They will then claim the Duty back from you.
 
VAT ?
If you live within the EU area and have a valid VAT number, then we do not charge UK VAT.
If you cannot provide a valid VAT number then we charge UK VAT.
If you live outside of the EU area the you are exempt from UK VAT.
 
Large orders for a single machine ?
These can sometimes be despatched direct from our manufacturing factories to save costs. We will advise when this is available.
