This manual disc sander is the perfect tool for achieving precise smooth mitres once the moulding has been cut.

The moulding first needs to be cut oversize, then simply shave the rough mitre edge off using the sander. This will give perfect mitres for joining.

The fence can be adjusted so both mitre angles can easily be cleaned up.

Supplied with 3 x 80 grit discs.
