Ordering
There are several ways in which you can order from Framers Corner, so pick whichever is most suitable for you:

• Phone - Call 01530 516 925 between 9am and 5pm Mon to Fri (an answerphone is used outside of office hours)

• In Person - Don't forget we have a showroom in Leicestershire where a range of our products can be viewed. If you've seen something here you want to have a closer look at, just give us a call to check the item is currently on display, and call in at a time convenient to yourself.

Shipping Restrictions
At Framers Corner we aim to provide you with a wide choice of products to enable you to take advantage of 'one stop shopping'.

Whilst we do not want to place restrictions on your shopping list, there are a couple of conditions we have to apply for safety in transit and packaging purposes:

• Mountboard - The minimum quantity we can despatch is 10 sheets.
  
• Plastic Glass - Showroom collection only
• MDF - Showroom collection only

Payment
We can handle a variety of payments:

• Cash - We recommend that any cash payments are sent by Registered post
  
• Credit Card - We take most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo
  
• Cheque - All cheques should be made out to 'Framers Corner', please provide your cheque guarantee number if sending a personal cheque so we can clear them and despatch orders on the day of receipt.
  
• Building Society Cheque - Cheques should be made out to 'Framers Corner'
  
• Credit Account - Applications are available on request, and will usually take around 2 weeks to set up. Payment for goods is due by the end of the month following delivery i.e. goods bought in September will be due for payment by the end of October. We do require a minimum spend of £100 per month to cover administration costs involved
  
• Bank Transfer - Payments can be made into our Sterling account; Lloyds Bank, High St, Leicester. Account No: 01600587. Sort Code: 30-94-97
• Prices:
  All prices are ex-works Leicester, and are excluding VAT which will be charged on all items at 17 ½%, unless goods are for export purposes. Export orders must be shipped direct to an overseas address to be exempt from VAT charges.

Carriage costs & delivery

UK Mainland (except Scottish Highlands)
Orders below £125.00 nett + VAT are subject to £7.50 carriage charge
Orders over £125.00 nett + VAT are carriage free

All orders are despatched on a 24 hour, next working day, service (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Whenever possible orders received by 2.00pm will be despatched same day.

For delivery costs to other areas, such as Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland, please call our sales office for a quote.

Export Orders:
We export worldwide and can provide freight quotes as requested.

Conditions Of Sale

• All goods remain the property of Framers Corner until paid for in full
  
• Prices are subject to change without notice, and goods will be charged at prices correct on day of invoicing
• Any shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods
  
• Due to having no authority over how goods are used once they have been sold, we give no guarantee on the particular use or purpose of any item sold. Should any case arise our liability is limited to the invoiced value of the item only
  
• Goods damaged in courier transit must be signed for as damaged on the consignment note, and Framers Corner notified immediately. Once the note is signed , goods are accepted as received in good condition and Framers Corner cannot accept any claims
  
• We are continuously developing our products to keep up with customer demand, and therefore reserve the right to make changes to any item without prior notification
  
• Machinery manufactured by Framers Corner is guaranteed for 3 years against faulty workmanship and materials, this excludes consumable parts such as drivers on underpinners. All other machinery including vacuum pumps is sold with the guarantee as supplied to us by the manufacturer.
